Etalon translation Agency Founded
Etalon translation Agency was founded in 2010 with the aim and desire to provide high quality professional services.
2015
Implementation of Order Management System
An automated order management system was implemented and a translation quality control department was established.
2018
ISO 17100:2015 Certification
Received International Standard ISO 17100:2015. The implementation of ISO 17100 requirements allowed us to ensure high quality of translation in the provision of translation services. The standard regulates the requirements to resources, staff qualifications, project approach in the organization of translation performance.
2022
Support for Refugees
Huge efforts were made to help our citizens who found themselves refugees in many countries of the world. Presently, we are working intensively with individuals: restoration of documents, assistance in obtaining certificates of non-criminal status, apostilles, legalization, notarized translations, sworn translations.

Expansion and Growth
After the successful establishing and increase of the client base to include large organizations, it was necessary to expand the languages platform and hire new managers and translators. Competent selection of employees played a key role in the successful development of the company.

Introduction of Automated Translation Systems
Introduction of automated translation systems allowed the optimization, improved the quality of translation, simplified work on large projects and increased the speed and quality of translation due to the online work of a larger group of translators.

Remote Collaboration During Pandemic
In the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, work was shifted to as much remote collaboration as possible.

Establishment of Legal Department
Establishment of a legal department within an existing translation agency. Representation of interests in court, state authorities of Ukraine, Notary, Civil Registry, BTI, Privatization Center, tax inspection (receipt and restoration of TIN and much more on request).
