For other countries a translation with notarised certification of the translator's signature is often sufficient. We will advise which format your institution or consulate requires so the document is accepted the first time. The final requirements for the form of translation are set by the authority you submit the certificate to.

MFA apostille: submitted for you in Kyiv

An apostille on a criminal record certificate is affixed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (which apostilles its own documents since 2023). Etalon submits the document to the relevant ministry in Kyiv on your behalf - you do not need to travel from Zaporizhzhia.
