Documents submitted to official authorities abroad (for example, an NUK diploma for recognition) may require an apostille. The apostille is affixed only by the relevant ministries in Kyiv - the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Education and Science, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, depending on the document type. We submit documents to the Kyiv ministries on your behalf, so you do not need to travel to the capital. It is best to confirm the exact requirements in advance, since recognition and legalization rules vary by country.

A seafarer's schedule sets the deadlines: the date of flying out to join the vessel (crew change), an agency asking for a document within a day or two, a certificate that must be renewed before sailing. We work on an urgent basis and agree on realistic timing for your situation.

To speed things up, send clear, complete scans (all pages, with stamps and numbers clearly visible) and tell us the preferred Latin spelling of your surname - exactly as in your international passport and earlier documents, to avoid discrepancies.
