The humanities and medical fields at Petro Mohyla have their own settled terminology. School-leaving certificate (atestat): translation and apostille for admission abroad

A separate frequent request in Mykolaiv is translating the certificate of complete general secondary education (atestat) with its supplement (the grades table) for school, lyceum and gymnasium leavers applying abroad right after grade 11. The logic is the same as for a diploma: both the certificate and the grades supplement are translated, because the receiving university looks at the list of subjects and the marks.

Many institutions require a sworn translation specifically - produced by a tlumacz przysiegly entered in the register of the Polish Ministry of Justice. Note that Mykolaiv oblast falls under the consular district of the Polish Consulate General in Odesa rather than Mykolaiv, so some Polish formalities are easier to prepare remotely in advance.

In Poland it is done by the university; in Germany the equivalence of education is assessed by the relevant authorities (for regulated professions, with Anerkennung confirmation); in Czechia by the institutions and education authorities. These are separate procedures on the receiving country's side, with their own timelines and requirements, and they depend not on a translation bureau but on the relevant body.
