Remote document handling means you stay home while we deal with the authorities. You send scans, we confirm the route and price, submit to the right authority, apostille or translate, and deliver by Nova Poshta anywhere in Ukraine (or by courier abroad). No in-person visits are needed.
Step by step: from scans to the finished document
First you send scans or photos of your documents via messenger or email. We determine the right route — apostille, translation, obtaining a duplicate, or recognition abroad — and confirm the price and timeline with you before starting. The bureau service starts from 950 UAH, with the state fee paid separately. Then we submit to the right authority, do the apostille or translation, and return the finished package to you.
Delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine and courier abroad
We send finished documents by Nova Poshta to any branch or parcel locker in Ukraine, and abroad by international courier. If the apostille or translation requires the original, you mail it to us and we return it together with the finished result. This is how remote document handling works even when you are physically far from the submitting authority.
Who this is ideal for
The format suits people who are already abroad and cannot travel to Ukraine, residents of small towns without the relevant authorities nearby, and busy people who have no time for queues. We handle a range of tasks — an МОН apostille on a diploma for study abroad, an МЗС apostille on medical documents, obtaining duplicate civil-status certificates via ДРАЦС, or archival extracts. The exact path depends on the document type and the requirements of the institution or destination country.
Send us scans of your documents — we will confirm the route, price, and timeline, and you can choose the right service for your task.
Frequently asked questions about remote handling
Do I need to send the original documents?
It depends on the task. For assessing the route and price, scans are enough. An apostille or notarised translation often requires the original — in that case you send it by Nova Poshta and we return it together with the finished result.
Can you prepare a diploma for study or work abroad?
Yes. Usually a Ukrainian diploma is first apostilled by МОН (its own tariff), then a sworn or certified translation is made in the destination country, and only then is it submitted for recognition. For example, in Poland a bilateral agreement often allows recognition without full nostryfikacja, while in Germany ZAB issues a Statement of Comparability for non-regulated cases; regulated professions need separate professional recognition. The exact path depends on the institution and country — we clarify this before starting.
How long does the process take?
Timelines depend on the document type and the authority. Standard apostilles and translations are usually faster, while medical documents are apostilled by МЗС (a separate tariff, not 670 UAH) via the regional health department → МЗС chain and can take 20 working days or more; for urgent cases МЗС may double the cost. Soviet-era records sometimes require an archive request. We give exact timelines after reviewing your scans.
The remote format saves you time and travel, but the outcome depends on the rules of the specific authority and destination country, so we do not promise a guaranteed result and always agree on realistic timelines and costs before starting. Send your scans and we will tell you honestly what is possible in your situation.
