The Hungarian minority: older and bilingual documents

In southern Slovakia, documents issued in Hungarian are still in use – older register extracts, church and school records, or papers from family and property matters that cross the border. When you submit such a document to a Slovak office, court or notary, you usually need a sworn translation into Slovak.

Inheritance and property matters that run on both sides of the border at once are common too. We prepare the whole package so that the spelling of names and place names matches across the Slovak and Hungarian documents.

Work, study and business in Hungary

For work and study abroad we translate criminal-record extracts, diplomas and school certificates, and confirmations of experience and qualifications into Hungarian.
