The one document on this list with zero distance: in the Diia app the extract is ordered together with the Interior-Ministry apostille, and Ukrposhta brings the paper copy. Education documents: the diploma goes to Kyiv, its owner does not
The longest distance on the list is the Education Ministry apostille, and it is the one we cover entirely. Graduates of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and the city's other universities enrol in master's programmes abroad and prove their qualifications to employers – for that, the diploma and transcript first pass through the ministry in Kyiv and are then translated into the destination language.
