The extract is ordered online – via Diia or the MVS portal – so no trip to the administrative service centre at 16 Soborna St is needed. In Diia it comes bundled with the Interior-Ministry apostille and is delivered by Ukrposhta; the in-person window works only in Kyiv, but you will not need it.
