Uzhhorod National University creates two opposite document flows: local graduates legalise diplomas for work and study abroad, while its Medical Faculty No. 2 teaches over 1,300 international students from more than 25 countries – after graduation their diplomas are prepared for recognition at home: the Education-Ministry apostille and a translation into the destination language.
