Can you finish a translation if I leave in three days?
A notarised translation, yes: from one day as standard and same-day by arrangement. An apostille in three days is realistic only at the Ministry of Justice (up to 3 working days) and only if you already hold the document. The Ministry of Education and the Foreign Ministry take considerably longer, and we say so before you pay.
Does it cost more if I need it tomorrow?
A standard notarised translation is from UAH 250 per document, and that price does not change. Same-day work is a separate price-list line, from UAH 400 per document, not a top-up on the 250; we name the amount before starting. An apostille cannot be accelerated at all: those are the authorities’ timetables, not ours.
Which comes first, the translation or the apostille?
The apostille goes on the original first, then the document is translated together with the stamp. A translation made earlier will not contain the apostille and has to be redone. We agree the sequence at the start so you do not pay twice.
